Automating emails to prospective parents - Montessori News You Can Use 2/13/2018

It's been a busy week for us at Bergamo Montessori in Sacramento.  500 re-enrollment contracts went out to parents last week and we are now sorting through the submissions.
How are things going with you?

Here are three actionable tips for your week ahead:
  1. What program do you use to send out or automate emails to prospective parents?  If you have followed us for a while, I'm sure you know we are big fans of Mailchimp.  Where else can you find a reliable, easy to use and FREE tool to perform simple email automation for your growing list of interested parents.

    What exactly is automation?  Check out this nifty blog post on our site where we run you through the paces of everything you need to know about Mailchimp and basic automation.

  2. How often do you update your blog?  If you're like most other Montessori schools, I would guess... not that much.  That's a shame because updating your site with fresh content is one of the best ways to improve the chances of new parents finding you through Google search.
